Pocholo “The VoiceMaster” Gonzales inspired and motivated over 200 hundred SME business owners and enthusiasts on the first day of the SME Business Expo 2015 on October 2nd, at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.
The expo featured several industry thought leaders with the aim to empower small and medium enterprises to become competitive in the ASEAN economic community. This annual event is now on its third year.
The VoiceMaster talked about the value of leadership in business. He shared his personal definition of leadership and the non-negotiable ingredients that sum up a great leader – influence, passion, inspiration, vision and purpose. He also talked about how he has established his own business, Creativoices Productions, at a very young age, and how he has held on his vision of the Philippines becoming the center of voiceover excellence in Asia.
Of course, the talk would not be complete without the audience hearing Pocholo’s imitation of various cartoon characters and famous personalities. More importantly, the audience was served with a handful of words of wisdom from the VoiceMaster.
